Delivery info

All delivery prices are £17.90 for any quantity of fish or any size.

Postage fees reflect first class postage charges.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you. Orders are processed once payment has cleared and items are sent first class subject to availability. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque

Koi are dispatched on a overnight secure courier service, to arrive next day before 12 noon (Mon-Sat...Saturday delivery can be arranged but will cost an extra £20 on top of you regular delivery price. NB: This extra £20 is the couriers weekend delivery Charge)

All Koi shipments must be signed for on delivery.

Each specially prepared box has instructions inside on how to manage your Koi once they have arrived.

We ask all our customers to contact us by either phone or email once your order is complete. We need a preferred date for delivery and a contact phone number from you. We cannot send Koi without ensuring someone will be available to sign for it. You can do this through austinskoi@hotmail.co.uk or call us on 0115 875 8562/ 07542168973. For after sales, we appreciate contact to let us know your Koi were delivered on time and more importantly that you are happy with the Koi you purchased.
